The Preservation Alliance
for Greater Philadelphia actively promotes the appreciation,
protection, and revitalization of the Philadelphia region’s
historic buildings, communities, and landscapes. A nonprofit
membership organization, the Alliance leads in setting the
agenda for preservation issues of regional importance and advocates
strong public preservation policies. The Preservation Alliance
also provides technical assistance and educational materials
to improve the quality of restoration and maintenance of historic
buildings and sites, and fosters understanding and appreciation
of the cultural, social and economic benefits of historic preservation.

The YouthBuild Philadelphia Charter School gives young adults
who have dropped out of school the opportunity to rebuild their
lives as they rebuild Philadelphia's neighborhoods. YouthBuild
provides a way for young adults to earn a high school diploma
and learn important work skills. At YouthBuild, we view out-of-school
youth not as intractable "social problems," but as
untapped resources for their communities and the nation at large.
For this reason, YouthBuild is not simply a vocational school,
but a multi-faceted program of educational, social, and employability
supports that provides out-of-school youth with the full range

The Charter High School for Architecture
+ Design is dedicated to providing a college preparatory education
within a supportive
