Covid-19 Virus Update

Dear Friends;

As states begin to reopen venues and allow small gatherings with new health protocols, we write to you with this update.

The Traditional Building Conference at the Lyceum in Alexandria VA. has now been rescheduled for September 22-23, 2020. The state of Virginia is reopening selectively. Because of this continued uncertainty we have pushed our dates back for the second time. It turns out that our first reschedule for late June was overly optimistic.

Our speakers, architectural tours including Mt Vernon; venues and hopefully you, have all been able to accommodate September 22-23. If you are registered for the April and or June dates, we ask that you confirm your attendance for September. We're looking forward to seeing you in the fall!

Meantime, we've just received notice from our July Traditional Building Conference venue, Salve Regina University in Newport Rhode Island, that the school will remain closed through the summer. Therefore this in person Traditional Building Conference, including the accompanying Palladio Design Awards ceremony has been cancelled.

We're now busy planning a virtual event to replace the cancelled July conference. Please stay tuned here for an announcement about the virtual Traditional Building Conference and a postponed Palladio ceremony.... soon.

As always Carolyn Walsh is ready to take your call if you have questions: email or call 781-249-6675.

Stay safe, enjoy summer. We look forward to reuniting with you this fall.
