Russell Andersen currently serves as Vice President of Sales and Customer Operations at Timberlane, Inc. Throughout his seven-year tenure at Timberlane, Russ has been a driving force in creating the personalized, superior customer service standards that have become a hallmark of the Timberlane Shutter experience as he has helped to serve thousands of custom builders, architect, historic preservationists and discerning homeowners with their custom shutter projects. During his career, he has been part of such historic renovations as Winterthur Museum, Sagamore Hill and many academic and professional buildings. The company has been recognized by the Wall Street Journal, Architectural Digest, Builder Magazine, PBS, CNBC, ABC’s Extreme Makeover, P. Allen Smith, This Old House, and Home & Garden, among others, for its involvement and accomplishments in the exterior design of notable homes and organizations Timberlane Shutters are not sold in stores and the company prides itself on working directly with trade professionals and homeowners. Russ has played an instrumental role in many Timberlane product and service enhancements and is considered a resident expert on shutter construction, design and installation. Prior to joining Timberlane, Russ spent several years as a Principal at Nola Anderson Homes, Inc. and held sales positions in other real estate roles.
