Scott O’Barr is a registered architect whose interest is in traditional residential design. He develops initial design concepts and leads projects through the design development, construction documentation and contract administration phases. Scott has continued his education through the Institute of Classical Architecture and Art (ICAA), where he received the Edward Vason Jones Prize for the Rome Drawing & Painting Tour. A native of Knoxville, Tennessee, he has experience working in Memphis, Annapolis, Maryland and Washington, DC. His designs have been published in New Old House, Period Homes and Architectural Digest. Scott joined John Milner Architects in 2006. He graduated cum laude from the University of Tennesee with a bachelor’s degree in architecture.
